Data Deletion Instructions

SocialOps is operated by ANXZONE. If you connected Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts or advertising accounts to SocialOps, you can disconnect them or request deletion of your data at any time using the steps below.

STEP 01

Disconnect in SocialOps

Log in to SocialOps, open Account Settings, and disconnect any Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts or advertising accounts you no longer want linked to the platform.

STEP 02

Revoke access on Facebook

Go to Facebook Settings > Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites), find SocialOps, and remove the app. This revokes our access to your Facebook and Instagram data through that connection.

STEP 03

Request full account deletion

Email info@anxzone.com from the address associated with your SocialOps account. Use the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your full name and registered email address.

STEP 04

Confirmation and processing

We will confirm receipt of your request by email. Verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a final confirmation once your data has been removed from our systems.

What gets deleted

  • Your SocialOps account profile and login credentials
  • Stored Facebook and Instagram connection tokens
  • Scheduled posts, drafts and platform analytics cached in SocialOps
  • Advertising performance data associated with your account

Content already published to Facebook or Instagram remains on those platforms and is controlled by your account settings there.
