By accessing or using SocialOps, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. SocialOps is a product operated by ANXZONE. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform or website.
Platform Usage
SocialOps provides tools for social media publishing, analytics and growth. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and third-party platform policies.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Connected Social Accounts
You must have the right to connect and manage any social or advertising accounts linked to SocialOps. You authorize SocialOps to access and process data from connected accounts solely to deliver the services you request. We are not responsible for actions taken on third-party platforms through your connected accounts.
Data Usage
Data received from connected accounts is used only to provide SocialOps features to you, such as scheduling content, publishing posts, viewing engagement metrics, monitoring account performance and analyzing advertising results. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing selected at signup. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
Intellectual Property
SocialOps and its content, features and branding are owned by ANXZONE. You retain ownership of content you create and publish through the platform.
Content Ownership & Copyright
Users are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights, licenses and permissions for any images, photographs, videos, audio files, designs, graphics, logos or other content uploaded, scheduled or published through SocialOps. SocialOps and ANXZONE are not responsible for any copyright, trademark or intellectual property violations related to user-submitted content.
Limitation Of Liability
SocialOps is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, ANXZONE is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases. To request deletion of your data, see our Data Deletion Instructions.
Changes To Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SocialOps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
